We spent our last day in Mallets Bay waiting out a rain storm, and then taking a ride along the bike path causeway in Colchester all the way out to S. Hero via ferry. On the way we met two friends we had seen earlier this week... Carol and Steve, and then Cliff. Carol and Steve were walking, and Cliff was biking with this friend. We then returned from S. Hero to Mallets Bay so that we could meet friends Nancy and Lloyd for dinner.
What a lovely ending to our stay at Mallets Bay. Here are some photos of the bay, and some of the flowers and plants in my garden, awaiting my return.
