Cross-country skiing Windblown in NH on New Year's Da
Mushrooms from New Oriental Grocery, Littleton, MA and resulting New Year's Day Dinner
After cross-country skiing at Windblown on January 1, I stopped in littleton to buy some mushrooms and choy. The resulting dinner included a stir fry of onion, mushroom, garlic, ginger, lemon, chicken, rice, and choy. More details on the recipes tab. It was yummy. When I was just editing the recipe on that tab, I noticed my recipe for Special Suns. I am excited to be back in florida, and we have the finger potatoes, and I and will try cooking suns today.
